A consideration on new blind equalizer for data transmission system

Some of authors proposed the blind equalization algorithm for communication systems. The algorithm has higher reliability of the recovered signals and faster convergence rate of the algorithm. In this method, we control a parameter included Sato cost function using both outputs of equalizer and decision device. However, this method can apply only binary code system. Then, in this paper, we extend previously proposed method to the method for multilevel code system. First, we present the process of extension. Next, we confirm the performance evaluation of the extended method by the computer simulation
