The computer industry and computer technology are entering a new stage of development that could be called the "era of the user" [13]; a leading role is now being played not by narrow specialists in this type of equipment but by a broad spectrum of end users of all ages and professions. In this stage, computerization, like many previous technological innovations introduced on a mass scale, has come up against the resistance of the human factor. In our country, this process has been made worse by the fact that mass computerization was started without efforts to forecast and study its psychological consequences [2]. The contradictory character of the effects of computerization is being commented on these days by many researchers [2], [5], [6], [7], and [8], and necessitates a concrete scientific analysis of these effects, a directed effort to achieve positive results and correct possible negative consequences [2].
