Biological problems with reused water.

CONCEPT of wastewater reuse is not new. People long have been aware that some cities discharge sewage to watercourses upstream of other cities' water-supply intakes. The memory of emergency use of reclaimed water in Chanute, Kan., during Oct. 1956 and Mar. 1957 l is still fresh. The reclamation processes used then were primitive compared with those units available today . The Chanute water-reclamation
