Probe into the Feasibility of Establishing the Subject Librarian System in University Library

This paper expounds the definition of the subject librarian the general situation of the study on the subject librarian, discusses the functions and duties of the subject librarian, introduces the basic model of the subject knowledge service in university library, and probes into the organization, management and work evaluation of the subject librarian.
