The invention discloses an aiming device for minimally invasive treatment of pubic ramus fracture and belongs to the technical field of orthopedic medical instruments. The aiming device is used for determining position and direction when a guide needle is embedded. The technical scheme includes that the front end face of a fixing disc is matched with anatomic shape of pubic tubercle, and multiple aiming device pipes are fixed on the rear end face of the fixing disc and radially distributed in the circumferential direction by taking the central axis of the fixing disc as a center. The front end of the fixing disc is arranged on the pubic tubercle, and the central axis of the fixing disc faces the direction in which the guide needle is embedded; a fixing screw can be embedded accurately by performing pelvic obturator loxosis X-ray fluoroscopy and pelvic inlet X-ray fluoroscopy, selecting the same aiming device pipe where two projection positions are ideal and embedding the guide needle along the aiming device pipe. The aiming device is simple in structure and convenient to use, embedding position and direction of the fixing needle can be determined quickly, surgical operation difficulty is reduced, surgical time is shortened, and the problem of technology for minimally invasive treatment of pelvic fracture is solved.
