여러냉매에 따른 무급유식 스크롤압축기의 성능 비교

In recent years, small capacity scroll compressors have been used in the residental refrigerators and car-air conditioners for their high efficiency, low noise and vibration and light weight But CFCs, which have very widely used in refrigerators as a refrigerant, cause deplection of the ozone layer and gloval warming. And alternatives to the CFCs are suggested. Among the most acceptable alternatives of the existing CFCs for CFC-12 is HFC-l34a. In this study, performance comparison of scroll compressor for various refrigerants (CFC-12, HCFC-22 and HFC-l34a) has performed numerically. For this purpose thermodynamic properties have calculated using the recent experimental equations and then performance analysis have performed qualitatively at the same geometric specifications and operating conditions of scroll compressor. The results are shown as follows ; HFC-l34a has a highest compression ratio of 5.40. The mass flow rate of HCFC-22, which is affected the cooling capacity of refrigerant system, is higher than other refrigerants. HFC-l34a has the highest adiabatic efficiency in comparison with CFC-12 and HCFC-22.
