An ultrasound system for an interventional treatment is provided to reconstruct an image based on various points of time based on CT(Computerized Tomography) and MRI(Magnetic Resonance Imaging) images. An ultrasound system for an interventional treatment includes an ultrasound diagnosis unit(10), an image signal supply unit(20), an image processing unit(30), a user input unit(40), a medical needle insertion route setting unit(50), and a display unit(60). The ultrasound diagnosis unit(10) generates an ultrasound image signal. The image signal supply unit(20) includes a wide image signal supplier(21) and an ultrasound image signal supplier(22). The wide image signal supplier(21) is connected to an image system to supply at least one of a CT image signal and an MRI image signal. The ultrasound image signal supplier(22) is connected to the ultrasound diagnosis unit(10) to supply the ultrasound image signal. The image processing unit(30) includes a boundary extractor(31), a multiple image processor(32), and a display signal generator(33). The boundary extractor(31) extracts boundaries of various structures included in the image. The multiple image processor(32) provides the display unit(60) with a restructured image signal based on the CT image signal and the MRI image signal. The display signal generator(33) generates a display signal to provide the display signal to the display unit(60). The route setting unit(50) transmits a final selected route inputted through the user input unit(40) to the display unit(60). The display unit(60) displays the restructured image, a wide image, and an ultrasound image.
