Research on Cultivation Mode of Material Processing Talent for Industrial Plan in the Iron & Steel Industry

In order to construct the talent cultivation of material processing for industrial plan in Wuhan University of Science and Technology, this article analyzed the background and characteristics of industrial plan, and explored and constructed new talent cultivation mode of material processing for industrial plan from the construction of curriculum system, teaching methods, experiment platform and teaching team as well as enterprise-and-school joint cultivation.
