The first change-over switch includes an input terminal and two output terminals which are respectively a first output terminal and a second terminal; the input terminal of the first change-over switch is connected with an output terminal of the DC-DC booster; the first input terminal of the first change-over switch is connected with an input terminal of the grid connected inverter, to connect girds and output an alternating current; and the second output terminal of the first change-over switch is used as a direct current bus port and used for outputting an direct current. The utility model further relates to an air conditioner. By adopting the photovoltaic inverter and the air conditioner, the utilization efficiency of the electric energy generated by the photovoltaic cell assembly is raised.
