Content-based Video Retrieval Techniques

The paper introduces the highlights of content-based video retrieval system and the system's structure briefly at first.And then we introduce the functions and techniques of each part of content-based video retrieval system including video input,scene change detection,key flame extraction,video description and studio interface.The techniques about compress-video are explained in detail.At last.we put forward the problems that should be faced in future
