과하중 방지 클러치의 성능조건에 대한 실험적 해석

Anti-overload clutch is an essential element to prevent the excessive belt tension in the motorized retractor of the smart seat belt. It generates slipping motion whenever the belt tension grows larger than a critical load, and protects passengers from injuries. In the study, an anti-overload clutch is designed and prototypes are manufactured and tested. The finite element analysis is performed to identify the slipping condition of anti-overload clutch and to determine the critical load analytically. The experiment is performed to confirm the critical load and durability of the designed models. The goal of this study is to develop an anti-overload clutch satisfying regulations about limitations of the belt tension and durability.
