Use of lip synchronization by hearing impaired using digital image processing for enhanced perception of speech

There are various means of electronic communication however only limited inconvenient options are available to the hearing impaired subject. We propose to teach the hearing impaired the correlation of lip movements with information, in speech. Therefore, we propose a technique to help learn hearing impaired primary school children to communicate using visual lip movement cues, deploying MATLAB software. Requisite programmings have written in MATLAB, convenient software for image processing of visual lip movement cues. Short video sequences availability, has been found to a major learning resources for this techniques)
