Modified spin-image target recognition algorithm applied to laser radar range imagery

We modify the spin-image matching algorithm to recognize targets in range images. It not only resolves the rotation-invariance problem existing in forward detection of laser radar (Ladar), but also meets a rapid target recognition requirement.
