Noise cancellation based on adaptive fuzzy neural networks algorithm for multi-sensory signals

Adaptive fuzzy neural network system(AFNNS) is employed for adaptive noise cancellation using multi-sensory signal recordings of the same noise source. The method based on AFNNS not only achieves the H_2 optimal recontruction but also possesses a desired robust against the effect of uncertainties and incomplete information in (signal) processing. Simulation result shows that the design method can not only obtain simplicity of implementation but also achieve better reconstruction perfomance than the method based on the averaging method.
