주거지역 지가에 영향을 미치는 역세권 범위 설정방법에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to analyze the area affected by the subway station on the housing prices. There are eight subway lines constructed so far and now, line no. 9 is under construction. Beyond this situation, some housing areas are turning out to be the merchant areas to get out more income than the other areas. In general, the real estate value is going north when people are gathering to the subway station. In this study, based on the statistical data about the distance form the subway station, we can analyze the housing price distribution by using regression analysis. Throughout this analysis, it makes more reasonable procedure to find out the affected area by opening the subway station.
