자동변속기용 솔레노이드 밸브의 압력제어 특성 해석에 관한 연구

Solenoid valve is very important hydraulic actuator for automatic transmission in terms of shift quality. It is essential to analyze pressure control characteristics of solenoid valve in order to optimal design and evaluate dynamic behavior of hydraulic control system. This paper presents analysis of technique of proportional control solenoid valve. The first step is modeling the electromagnetic part by Maxwell. The second step is modeling the hydraulic part by AMESim. Finally pressure control characteristics of solenoid valve are simulated using AMESim and experiment is performed. We can find that this modeling is useful in analysis of pressure control characteristics of solenoid valve.
