A contemplation of names of the Chinese organizations in retrieval

Starting from the adaptation to the international standards to the virtual files,the author of this article lists the exiting problems of search words in retrieval of the names of Chinese organizations from both in theory and practice.The article appeals to society to construct the platform for communications,to coordinate the differences among the descriptive departments so as to finally establish unified descriptive principles and to meet the needs of the adaptation to the international standards to the virtual files.
