Inverse Gaussian Model and Its Applications in Reliability and Survival Analysis

Statistical properties of the parametric family of inverse Gaussian distributions are studied. Different goodness-of-fit tests for this family are compared. Some applications of the inverse Gaussian model in survival analysis and reliability are considered.
