Analysis on the Crisis Management of E-reading Room

Crisis management is a new problem existing in the management of E-reading room system of university library.This paper analyzes the causes of the crisis of E-reading room of university library,and puts forward some concrete measures and suggestions on controlling and preventing the crisis.
