Out-of-operation oil seal test system of engine and control method thereof

The invention relates to an out-of-operation oil seal test system of an engine and a control method thereof, which belong to the technical field of aircraft engines. The system is characterized in that: an oil tank is respectively connected with input ends of an oil return valve and an oil supply valve 2 through an oil supply pump and an oil supply valve 1; an output end of the oil return valve is connected with the oil tank; an output end of the oil supply valve 2 is respectively connected with input ends of oil supply valves 5,3 and 4; output ends of the oil supply valves 5,3 and 4 are respectively connected with five transmission pipelines; an output end of a nitrogen gas cylinder is connected with the pipelines after passing through a gas supply valve; and an output end of an energy accumulator is connected with the pipelines. The control method comprises the following steps: firstly pressurizing oil-sealed oil through the oil supply pump; and then passing the oil-sealed oil through 1) a main fuel pump regulator and stress application fuel pump oil supply pipeline, 2) a nozzle oil source pump oil supply pipeline, 3) a stress application fuel pump/stress application distributor/nozzle stress application regulator oil supply pipeline, 4) a stress application distributor/nozzle stress application regulator oil supply pipeline, and 5) a nozzle stress application regulator/mainfuel pump regulator oil supply pipeline so as to carry out pressure oil injection on the engine.
