Time-shared switched-capacitor ladder filters insensitive to parasitic effects

The time-sharing technique can be applied to LDI clocked differential SC ladder filters, which exhibit full insensitivity to parasitic effects. In turn, the time-sharing foresees a reduced number of the operational amplifiers with respect to conventional SC ladder schemes, which could allow to save die area and power consumption in an integrated circuit. The cross-talk mechanism is also compensated in differential time-shared stages. As an example, the design of a fifth-order elliptic TS-SC ladder filter is given and numerical results are furnished.
