u-City 사업 모델에 객체 정보 기술 적용을 위한 개념 연구

Recently, As a new value-added part which Construction Industry can create, U-City Construction Project is in the spotlight. Especiaaly, in the case of U-city, various business models integrated with Ubiqutous IT technology, is being suggested and it is expected that these models would play an important role in changing the construction industry centered around the design and construction into maintenance service for client. It is considered that these U-city service models would require visualization model and human movement on limitted space involved in client interface, and spatial phase information and spatial attributes to control various spatial situation. These spatial information models is not reproduced by IT technology, but is considered to be so effective under the relation with object information technology. So in this paper, as the fundamental research for the integration of object information technology of construction and Ubiqutous IT technology, application of object information would be defined and plans to classify U-city project models would be proposed. Through this process, U-City models is expect to be applied for not only integration of construction information and Ubiqutous IT Technology, but also useful reference models on the plans to associate object information technology design and execution of construction project and maintenance process.
