A high performance full fuzzy controller for induction machine drives

This paper presents a full fuzzy controller for high performance induction motor drive applications. A direct fuzzy scheme in the speed feedback loop quickly generates the appropriate command currents corresponding to any speed discrepancy. A deadbeat fuzzy scheme in the current feedback loop then instantly forces the actual current to track the command current. Computer simulation and experimental results of an induction motor drive show that the full fuzzy controller has excellent performance with simple implementation.
