Electrical circuits with MaxFEM

In this chapter we deal with the numerical solution of some linear circuit problems. In particular, we are interested in the determination of voltage drops and currents associated with the circuit elements, given the values of the power sources feeding the system. To do that, the numerical method described in Chap. 3 has been implemented in a Fortran code that allows us to solve linear circuits consisting of several connected components. The code also allows to compute the exchanged currents with the outside in the case they exist. Linear circuits with sources both harmonic and purely transient can be solved.
