Seat‐belt aorta: Isolated abdominal aortic injury following blunt trauma

Une observation de lesion isolee de l'aorte abdominale apres accident de la route chez un homme portant la ceinture de securite. Les 6 ou 7 derniers centimetres de l'aorte sont thromboses et une partie de l'intima est detachee. Apres echec d'une tentative d'endarterectomie une prothese est posee. Evolution satisfaisante apres quelques complications
