Design and Implementation of The Incoming-Popup Module of Call Center System Based On WebSocket

In this paper, we compare several technical schemes of developing incoming-popup function module of call center system agent client in B/S mode, and construct the incoming-popup function module based on WebSocket, which can reduce the load of the server system to the minimum, provide technical support for the stable operation of the large capacity call center, and facilitate the integration with CRM system.
