In order to develop independent-wheel type for near-surface, the theory performs the interpretation of mechanism theory based on the bogie modeling loading with semi-active suspension steering. In addition, it carries out bogie stiffness design at high speed, interpretation of dynamic characteristics for driving stabilization evaluation and research for securing driving stabilization according to active characteristic Ultimately, the goals of thesis are to select a design parameter in order to optimize ride comfort of trains with semi-active suspension, running stability and to suggest a basic structure design and optimum modelization of high velocity near-floor bogie reflecting optimized results.
