The invention discloses an electronic business card exchange method. The electronic business card exchange method comprises the steps of receiving a first request message which is used for requesting electronic business card exchange and sent by a first terminal, wherein the first request message comprises first conditional information, a first electronic business card and first position information of the first terminal; selecting a second request message from at least one request message received from a preset time range according to the first position information, the first conditional information, receiving time of the first conditional information and receiving time of the first request message; sending electronic business cards corresponding to the second request message to the first terminal; sending the first electronic business card to a second terminal, wherein the second terminal is a terminal sending the second request message. Correspondingly, the invention further discloses an electronic business card exchange device and an electronic business card exchange system. The exchange process of the electronic business cards can be simplified.
