NC Machining Simulation of the Given Contour Part by List Table Points

s:A contour curve, which is in the form of B spline described by list table points, is given, and with which the contour part is constructed. To satisfy the need of NC machining, the second approaching of double-arc spline is used. By defining the parameter of cutting tool, the machining track after cutting tool compensation is calculated, and simulated in the visualized environment developed with VC and OPENGL, and finally a series of useful NC codes are obtained. The instances show that it is a typical and flexible CAM system for contour parts and can be directly used in practice.
