The present invention relates to a transmission control method and apparatus in a collision section during a multi-dimensional hop pattern collision. In the present invention, a given orthogonal radio resource is leap-selected in a multi-dimensional orthogonal resource region by a communication protocol between a transmitting side and a receiving side, and corresponding channels are distinguished by a multi-dimensional leaping pattern. In this case, a specific multidimensional hopping pattern may be allocated to each second communication station, and the multidimensional hopping pattern may be permanently assigned to the second communication station, or may be allocated from the first communication station at the time of call setup. In addition, the multi-dimensional orthogonal resource hopping pattern is permanently assigned to each second communication station when the multi-dimensional hopping pattern is determined based on a unique identifier such as an electronic serial number (ESN) of the second communication station. In this case, since the multi-dimensional hopping patterns of the second communication station are independent of each other, the same orthogonal resource coordinates may be simultaneously assigned to different second communication stations at a particular moment. According to the present invention, in order to improve performance of a system employing a multidimensional orthogonal resource hopping multiplexing scheme, the case of a puncturing can be reduced by subdividing a processing method in a collision of a multidimensional orthogonal resource hopping pattern, which is a bipartite transmission and puncturing.
