Analisa Aspek Usability Terhadap Penerapan Teknologi Informasi Di Bidang Transportasi (Gojek)

Online transportation is one of the transportation that uses the application as a liaison between users and drivers that greatly facilitate the booking, in addition to the travel fares are directly visible on the application. Gojek is one of the online transportation that uses the application as a media liaison between users and drivers. The role of Gojek in facilitating and supporting the mobility of service users would expect a profit or 2 profit according to ISO 9241-11 (1998) with effectivity, efficiency and satisfaction component.
