THE RHODES PROTOTYPE : A DESCRIPTION AND SOME RESULTS
暂无分享,去创建一个
The RHODES prototype is a real-time traffic-adaptive signal control strategy that utilizes advances in systems engineering, operations research, communication and computing technologies to improve the performance of traffic signal timing systems. In this paper we describe the RHODES prototype including the hierarchical architecture component models and algorithms, software design, and then present some recent simulation results
