Origin of Interharmonic and Its Effects on Power System

Interharmonics are one kind of special harmonics, which widely exist in and have effects on power systems.Nowadays, the national standard "Power Quality, Interharmonics in Public Supply Network" (GB/T 24337-2009) is established.In order to understand the standard thoroughly, this paper briefly presents and analyses the origin of interharmonics and its effects on power systems.
