Measurement method of three dimensional shape

PURPOSE: A method of measuring a 3D shape is intended to shorten measuring hours and provide a 3D-shpae measuring device for measuring a 3D shape. CONSTITUTION: A first image is taken on a first area(FOV1) of a target using a 3D-shape measuring device. The first image comprises a plurality of way images, which are taken of the target in different directions. After taking the first image on the first area, the first image is processed through a first CPU(CPU1). The way of processing the first image can be divided into steps of processing a first way image, processing a second way image and merging data on the processed first and second way images. The first CPU can be included in a control unit in Fig. 1.
