Experiment of the Oil Fume Purifying Device with Water Mist in Public Kitchens

In order to improve the efficiency of the purifying device with water mist in public kitchens,a disassembling purifying exhaust hood is manufactured.Uniform Design method is used to measure the efficiency of projections under different nozzle arrangement,different volume of water flow and air flow.It is found that nozzle arrangement and air flow affect the purifying efficiency evidently,and the purifying efficiency improves with the increasing ratio of water to air.By using regression method of SPSS,the relationship between efficiency and different conditions is established.The optimum condition is also found based on the purifying efficiency equation which points out the developing tendency of this kind of purifying device in theory.
