The Orientation of Crystallites in ZnTe Thin Films

The orientation and size of the crystals in ZnTe thin films are studied as a function of the stoichiometric and growth conditions using electron diffraction and X-ray techniques. The conditions governing the growth of relatively large crystals in the texturised ZnTe thin films are established. [Russian Text Ignored].
