Disclosed is a holder for fixing a sample bottle of a time series sediment trap. The holder for fixing a sample bottle of a time series sediment trap comprises: a funnel which collects sediment falling underwater; a frame which is arranged to retain and surround the funnel and is composed of one or more bars arranged in a vertical direction; and a fixing plate which is formed on the horizontal plane formed by the bottom of the funnel by connecting one or more bars of the frame. A rotary plate, to which multiple time series sediment collecting bottles collected through the funnel are attached, is formed on the bottom of the fixing plate and rotates in time series through the gearing caused by the rotation of a motor to collect time series sediment to the time series sediment collecting bottles. Circular holders are formed to prevent the time series sediment collecting bottles fixed to the rotary plate from shaking. It is desirable that the time series sediment collecting bottles are fixed to the rotary plate.
