Narrow-Band Filters for Millimeter-Wave Applications - Hybrid Membrane Topologies

The membrane technology is an attractive solution for wireless equipments, for design and interconnect facilities. Different membrane filter topologies are presented and properly combined, regarding either loss constraints or dispersion phenomena. Measurements are proposed for narrow-band filters integrated on a low-cost polymer membrane substrate at 60GHz.
