Study on Compatibilization of Polyethersulfone/poly (Aryl ether ketone) containing 1,4-Naphthalene blends

A polymer based on a combination of an aryl ether ketone containing 1 , 4-naphthalene and 4 ,4'-dihydroxyldiphenylsufone was used as a compatibilizer for a blend of a poly(aryl ether ketone) containing 1 , 4-naphthalene (NA-PAEK) with polyethersulfone (PES). The morphology , thermal properties , and mechanical properties of the resulting ternary blend system were investigated.
