Development and Application of Real-time Supervising System for Large Regional Cogeneration Units

A new concentrate real-time supervising system is developed for large regional cogeneration units,based on some research results in data integration and real-time monitoring. A simplified model is proposed for real-time performance monitoring. Two kinds of data acquisition schemes are presented respectively based on hardwired terminal and DCS software interface. Multi-way remote data transmission is implemented with general packet radio service (GPRS). Some specific software and hardware design measures ensure the system security and real-time data transmission accuracy. The master station system based on J2EE is implemented with lightweight software design method. A practical application shows that the system can meet security,stability,continuity ,high efficiency and other requirements,and can be applied to large regional cogeneration enterprises supervising.
