Design and Implement of Self-learning Platfrm Based on Web Network Environment

this paper studied and designed a the network teaching platform based on Web,this platform achieved facilitate teachers "teaching and" students " learning ",take the student as the main body,the teacher as the supervisor,realize the network teaching environment,and to train the ability of Selflearning starting point,design of network teaching platform.
