Feasibility study on simultaneous induction heating of agitating impeller and container of mixer

In this paper, the feasibility of the simultaneous induction heating of the impeller and the vessel of the mixer. For basic investigation, the experiments of the double plates configuration is investigated. New equivalent coil measurement method is also shown. By using this method, the equivalent circuit of the induction heating system can be also easily estimated. The experimental results show the good coincidence between the stainless steel and the equivalent coil measurement. Efficiency consideration show the possibility to have the optimum design for the double plates heating.
