Experimental study and application on plastic concrete with lower flexible modules which constructs impermeable walls

Plastic concrete with lower flexible modules owns mechanics performances of lower compressive strength,lower flexible module and small infiltration coefficient,and suits for impermeable walls of dams very much.To meet the design requirements of two.water conservancy projects,in this paper we experimented comprehensively for plastic concrete with lower flexible modules by adopting the methods of orthogonal experiment and adding additions in the laboratory.After analyzing the mechanics performances of the plastic concrete,we gave the reasonable mix ratio of plastic concrete with lower flexible modules for engineering construction of impermeable walls of the two water conservancy projects.Up to the present,the condition of construction application by using this two mix ratios of concrete showed that the plastic concrete with lower flexible modules met the design requirements of impermeable walls of dams.
