Experimental Study on Machine-made-sand Concrete

By now,the shortage of natural sand becomes more serious with its increasing cost year by year.As a kind of new-type sand for construction,machine-made-sand may be used as fine aggregate to mix with natural sand and produce concrete,which will improve the supply of natural sand.We summarize basic characteristics of machine-made-sand,sample stone chip sand in Ningbo of Zhejiang province,machine-made-sand and local natural sand for concrete mechanics property and usability experiments,compare and analyze the influence on concrete strength and durability indexes etc.by various mixture ratio of machine-made-sand.The research of machine-made-sand and its application in construction lead to great technical and economic benefit,and it is of broad future.
