Snort-based Campus Network Security Intrusion Detection System

This paper studies the campus network securities, summarizes the currently faced campus network security risks and threats, and analyses the attack and defense strategy of DOS network layer, and then puts forward Snort campus net network security solutions using a firewall and network security intrusion detection system, analyses the functional advantages of the solution, and details the installation, deployment and configuration of Snort-based network security intrusion detection system in the campus network, and also summarizes its application results.
