The Improved Control Scheme for Pressure Screen

The key points and difficulties of pressure screen control were presented based on the analysis of the DCS control systems of pressure screen at home and abroad,and the improved DCS control scheme for pressure screen was designed in this paper.The improved scheme mainly aims at improving the ratio control of DCS,screen plugging pretreatment,screen plugging treatment,reject control,slag sequence control and so on,the screen plugging problem is overcome effectively and it ensures the pressure screen to work efficiently and smoothly.
