The impact of computer aided systems engineering on employee attitudes, job commitment and turnover

Computer aided systems engineering (CASE) tools are being increasingly introduced into organizations to increase the speed and productivity of systems development. The study will examine the technological, behavioral, attitudinal, and organizational impacts on sys terns analysts and designers of implementing CASE in a large corporation. Both CASE and non-CASE trained programmer analysts will be examined for the impact of the technology on motivation, creativity, turnover, and commitment to the firm.
