Optimization of the Structural Characteristics of the Robotic System Holder

The main analytical dependencies and forces acting on the working bodies of the holder of the robotic system are given. A parametric model of the holder structure was created, and an analysis of the holder's strength in the Autodesk Inventor environment was performed by the finite element method. The method of modeling and optimization of the holder design of the robotized system by the "Shape generator" CAD Autodesk Inventor model was specified. As a result, metal capacity of the structure was reduced by 25%, which ensures normal operation at a load of 100 kN without violating its durability, since the minimum value of the coefficient of durability is 10.49.
