Method and kit for detecting concentration of factor h

A method and kit for detecting the concentration of a factor H are used for detecting a concentration level of a factor H in human plasma/serum/urine. A reagent I and a reagent II prepared from two components namely low-molecular-weight polyethylene glycol and a Tris buffer solution can realize detection of the factor H by using an immunoturbidimetry principle, and the technical problem of detection of the factor H only through an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and a radial immunodiffusion method in the prior art are resolved. The method for detecting the concentration level of the factor H has a wide detection interval, can detect the concentration of the factor H within a concentration range of 4.66-800 mg/l, is high in detection efficiency, has simple detection operation steps, is low in detection cost and high in universality, and can meet large-scale clinical detection demands.
