The invention relates to an electric authorizing system and relative method, wherein said method comprises: providing several authorize items, while each authorize item is relative to one authorize rule; designing the authorize process, authorizer, and the informer after authorization; at the same time, sending document to all authorizers; receiving the setting of each authorizer on the authorize item; obtaining the authorize items of all authorizers, and analyzing said authorize item and authorize rule, to generate one analyze result, while said analyze result comprises authorizer available authorization, authorizer unavailable authorization, if the authorization can be processed, fixing the next authorizer; based one the analyzed result, judging if present authorizer can process authorization; if the authorization can be processed, authorizing, and based on the analyzed result, sending authorize information to next authorizer. The invention can save authorize time and improve the flexibility of authorization.
